Etchings in steel plate or sheet metal, using an industrial grinder with a cutting wheel can get quite detailed. Some pieces are just meant to be photos reproduced in another medium. These particular pieces are ground into rusted sheet metal and sealed upon completion. There are no limits to what can be created in this style. The pieces pictured are from photos taken while diving throughout the world. The most special piece created to date is the "thumbs up diver" - a reproduced photo of my beloved son Matt happily diving in Little Cayman. Matto... we LOVE U :)
